Tamburlaine Hunter Reserve Member's Verdelho 2003
Made by Tamburlaine in Australia (region: Hunter Valley)
.
A dry, still, white wine with 14% alcohol tasted on 6th Jan 2005.
Grape: Verdelho
Quality: Good
Value: Good
Cost: Usually between $15.99 - $17.98.
Looks: Pale golden with a hint of green, medium in body.
Smells: A solid juicy pineapple / tropical nose.
Feels: Medium.
Tastes: Tropical fruit with a hint of honey. Great balance of the fruit and acid and a fair length. This is drinking well now, and may well have enough acid to give it some potential to age.
