Grape: Chardonnay Pinot Noir Pinot Meunier

Quality: Outstanding

Value: Ouch!

Looks: Slightly salmon pink colour, not deep - more of a bronze effect. Light and very fine bead

Smells: A hint of musk on toasty brioche

Feels: Light and very fine bubble

Tastes: Awesome. Very very long length, toasty centre to the wine and a lovely lifting zippy acidity with some lemon lime notes mixed in with a hint of a mineral character.
