Looks: Light and clear, with very slight gold appearing - but not much

Smells: Light and elegant nose - nutty, toasty and slightly hay-ee

Feels: Light

Tastes: First, the flavours - well, they are the same as the nose to be honest - toast, nuts and hay. But it is the balance that is perplexing and rewarding - this wine is both restrained, powerful and elegant all at the same time. I am not sure how, because I stopped trying to work it out and jut drank and enjoyed it. Love it.
