Looks: Light and clear - very slight green edge
Smells: Limey nose, but elegant and minerally
Feels: Light
Tastes: This wine blows me away. Simple flavours done with complexity. Lime juice with a lovely mineral coating. Massive length and great line through the mouth. Restrained power - this wine just gets better and better with each mouthful. A clear call to arms for Riesling in the Canberra region.
