Looks: Pale straw green. Actually looks a little dull. Light in the glass.

Smells: Quite pungent, with elements of straw, butter and apple.

Feels: It looks light, it feels light...it is light!

Tastes: A fresh, piercing apple acid taste, followed by a complex array of flavours hinting at the buttery toast that may develop with a little age. The finish is long - veeerrry long. This wine is young and fresh and great now - no guarantees that it will develop into something better than this, so drink it now!! A complete bargain.
