The Grapes Of Ross Ruby Tuesday Rosé 2006
Made by The Grapes Of Ross in Australia (region: Barossa Valley)
.
A Off-Dry, still, rosé wine with 13.8% alchohol tasted on 2nd Apr 2008.
Grape: Shiraz Sangiovese
Quality: Okay
Value: Above Average
Cost: Usually between $15.00 - $15.00.
Looks: Quite a rusty rose colour, and light looking
Smells: Sweet raspberry lolly and strawberry
Feels: Light
Tastes: The sweetness on this wine is slightly too sugary for me - a little fizzy feeling. Putting that aside, the fruit flavours are lolly like but still quite enjoyable - all raspberry and strawberry with very slight turkish delight. Not very long bar the sugar, this wine is still one that will find many fans - it is certainly well made.
Possible retailers: Squashedgrape.
