Yellow NV
Made by Yellowglen in Australia.
A dry, sparkling, white wine with 11% alcohol tasted on 14th Nov 2004.
Quality: Okay
Value: Above Average
Cost: Usually between $7.99 - $12.99.
Looks: Pale yellow, large bubbled bubbly with a heavyish look to it.
Smells: Fruity citric acid, green capsicum and good 'ol Aussie bombastic yeast!
Feels: Quite a thickness about it, with a large prickly bead.
Tastes: Orange citris cordial with a restrained acid, making it very easy to drink. This is very simple bubbles, but it is done well, and done to a standard.
