Looks: Clear and bright - medium bodied

Smells: Fresh and clean - a little lemon and melon with some cashews

Feels: Medium bodied

Tastes: Now that hits the spot. Lovely drop. Great spine of freshness and zip provided by some grapefruit and lemon tones, matched with a little melon and stonefruit. But it is the minerality and length that makes it a great drop. Close to outstanding - in fact, I would not be surprised if I taste this in a year and give it such a rating.
