A dry, still, white wine with 13% alcohol tasted on 23rd Jan 2005.

Grape: Chardonnay

Quality: Okay

Value: Good

Cost: Usually between $4.99 - $6.99.

Looks: Gold, with a medium to light body.

Smells: Medium oakiness, with a slight metallic nose.

Feels: Light for a chardonnay based wine.

Tastes: Light peach type fruit, with an oak lined back bone giving nice balance. Not a lot of acid, giving the wine a danger of being flabby to some. A very simple wine, a definite quaffer, but certainly made to a standard, and a steal!
