Value: A Little Excessive

Looks: Pale gold, perhaps with bronzey flashes, and with good tight bubbles

Smells: Lovely - toasty, a bit of honey, and shortbread like

Feels: Medium bodied with good tight small bubbles

Tastes: This is a classy Champagne. Fresh and zesty, with underlying pear and crunchy peach tones, but surrounded by good toast and shortbread tone. Length is great, and the zip in this wine lends itself for preparing for that entree!
