Bull's Blood Of Eger 2002
Made by Egri Bikaver in Hungary.
A dry, still, red wine with 12% alcohol tasted on 31st Dec 2004.
Quality: Below Par
Value: Okay
Cost: Usually between $8.99 - $9.99.
Looks: Light, see through purple red. Not what you would call a deep wine.
Smells: Restrained, almost closed raspberry and dustiness.
Feels: Light
Tastes: A light, watery quaffer. Dried out cherry fruit, with some fairly grippy tannin.
This wine is a bit of a famous one - a real tourist wine for people visiting Hungary!
That does not mean it is any good, by the way...
Possible retailers: Woolworths Liquor.
